Once your purchase is confirmed, it takes a maximum of 24-48 business hours to deliver it to the selected courier service. Once delivered to the courier service, your order will take 24-48 hours on business days to reach the Peninsula. In the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, it takes between 3 and 5 business days.
What are the shipping costs?
Product prices do not include shipping costs unless shipping costs exceed €39.95 for mainland Spain.
- Shipping to Peninsular Spain: GRATUITOUS | EXPRESS: 4.5€
- Shipping costs to other countries are automatically calculated at checkout.
What payment methods can I use?
You can pay by debit/credit card (Visa or Mastercard), American Express, and PayPal.
Are the payment methods on your website secure?
Our website uses SSL security certificates, so your data is completely secure. We do not store any of the information you provide; it is sent to the payment platforms in encrypted and completely secure form, so they can complete the transaction with your bank.
I haven't received my order yet. What can I do?
Before contacting us, please make sure you've allowed enough time for your order to arrive. Domestic deliveries vary between 48 and 72 hours, and international deliveries can take between 5 and 15 days. Please note that during busy periods, the postal carriers we use may not be able to meet these deadlines.
If your order is international, once the package is scanned in the destination country, you can most likely use the same tracking number on your local postal company's website.
