This Legal Notice regulates access, navigation and use of the website https://foxysbrand.com/ (hereinafter, the "Website"). The conditions set forth in this Legal Notice shall apply additionally if the company establishes specific conditions for the use and/or contracting of specific services.

The Website may provide access to a multitude of texts, graphics, drawings, designs, codes, software, photographs, music, videos, sounds, databases, images, expressions and information (hereinafter, "Content") belonging to the company or third parties to which the User may have access.

The User assumes responsibility for their use of the Website. This responsibility extends to any registration required to access the Content or services provided by the Website.

As a User, you agree to make appropriate use of the content and services offered through the Website and, by way of example but not limited to, not to use them to (i) engage in illicit or illegal activities or those contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of the Website owner, its suppliers or third parties; (iii) introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may cause the aforementioned damage.

For this reason and pursuant to the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of April 12, approving the Revised Text of the Intellectual Property Law, as well as Law 17/2001, of December 7, on Trademarks and complementary legislation on intellectual and industrial property, the reproduction, transmission, adaptation, translation, distribution, public communication, including its method of making available, or any other exploitation and/or modification, in whole or in part, without prior express authorization from FOXYS of any content included in the Website is prohibited.

FOXYS does not grant any license or authorization of any kind to use its intellectual and industrial property rights or any other property or right related to the Website, its services or its contents.

The legitimacy of the intellectual or industrial property rights corresponding to the content contributed by users is their sole responsibility, and the user shall therefore hold FOXYS harmless from any third-party claims arising from the unlawful use of content on the website.

Likewise, by providing content (photos, images) on this website in any way, the user grants FOXYS, free of charge, all intellectual or industrial property rights and any other rights the user may have over said content.

FOXYS declares that it has adopted the necessary measures, within its possibilities and the state of technology, to allow the correct functioning of its website, as well as the absence of viruses and harmful components. However, FOXYS cannot be held responsible for: (a) the continuity and availability of the contents and services; (b) the absence of errors in said contents or the correction of any defects that may occur; (c) the absence of viruses and/or other harmful components; (d) any damages or losses caused by any person who violates FOXYS's security systems.

FOXYS may temporarily suspend access to the Website without prior notice for maintenance, repairs, updates, or improvements. However, whenever circumstances permit, FOXYS will notify the user, with sufficient advance notice, of the planned date of suspension of services.

6. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. To the extent permitted by law, the parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may apply to them and agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
