Return policy

At Foxys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Therefore, we offer the possibility of returning or exchanging products under the terms indicated below:

Deadline for Returns

You have a deadline of 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

  • Products must be in good condition, with no signs of misuse.

Return Costs

  • Within the Spanish Peninsula: Return shipping costs are on us.
  • Outside the Peninsula or within the European Union: Return costs will be borne by the customer.
  • Outside the European Union: We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customs regulations.

Refunds

The refund will be made to original payment method Once we have received and inspected the returned products, the refund will be solely for the value of the returned products, less return shipping costs, if applicable.

Product Changes

If you wish to exchange a product for another, we will arrange for the new item to be shipped once we receive the original item in the aforementioned condition.

  • Full name.
  • Product(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  • Reason for return or details of the requested exchange.

Defective or Incorrect Products

In the event of defective products or errors in your order, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and cover all costs associated with replacement or return.
